I honor and respect the clients who hire me and show that commitment to them as a dedicated and trustworthy professional. I do not work with smoke and mirrors and will not deceive for the purpose of just listing a property. My job is to sell your property quickly and for the best price. I do this by marketing your property as much as possible and keeping your property fresh in the minds of our cooperating agents. I have developed a successful marketing approach that often results with my Client's properties having a higher Sold to List price ratio with less days on market than the total average of sold properties in their locations in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). You should also know that my office has a full-time closing coordinator which I leverage for expediting all transactions. It’s another reason why I try to stay a step ahead of others. It allows me to concentrate on the most important aspect of our job and that is to sell your home.
I enjoy photography and I make sure to take many photos when I schedule a photoshoot with clients. The first thing that Buyers notice are photos and if the photos are not good -- your property will be skipped over. I take the time to review every photo that I take to build a "story" for your property especially for Virtual Tours and Music Videos. For postings on Craigslist, my reach is deep and goes beyond the standard textual styled ads we often find there. My color flyers and integrated virtual tours have proven to capture many Buyers which is critical for success. In addition to Craigslist, my listings are syndicated to all the Top real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Yahoo, Hotpads, etc. I also enhance all our listings on Realtor.com which is the most popular site used by Buyers. Social Media is fast becoming the preferred method of contact for the younger generation, so I also invest in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others to maximize exposure for my listings. I'm always looking for new ways to capture the attention of Buyers for my Clients. Take a moment and review some of the examples below.
