25 Key Questions to ask when hiring a Realtor
 
Are you a Full Time Agent or do you do this on a part-time basis?
 
Is your Office open 7 Days a week?
 
Does your Office have a full time Receptionist that not only handles phone calls but also qualifies all leads?
 
Does your Office have a full time closing coordinator that handles all the coordination from the time the offer is accepted to the close? (Sellers, Buyers, Attorneys, Appraisers, Coop Boards, etc)
 
Does your Office offer in-house and online training for its Agents to help them stay up to date and focused for clients and customers?
 
Does your office hold bi-weekly staff meetings?
 
What is your Office's ranking compared to all of the other real estate offices in Queens?
 
How often do you update each of your listings on the MLS and Craigslist?
 
How long does it take before you get feedback from a showing on one of your listings?
 
How often do you communicate with your sellers regarding the activity on your listings to provide feedback?
